Exam schedule

There will be three terminal examinations conducted in a year in September, December and April in addition to the monthly tests conducted every month from July to next February. A pupil is promoted to the next higher class on the basis of the performance during the whole year. Hence regularity in attendance and studies is imperative. The school will not hold any special test or examination or practical's for the absence during test and examinations. Result once declared at the end of the year are final for all classes and will not be reconsidered under any circumstances.

Code of conduct

We except all students/ parents to strictly adhere to punctuality. Any deviation would lead to and nurture indiscipline and as such undesirable, the management reserves the right to take action which may include sending the pupil back home.

Students dispersal

  • Parents / guardians of students who do not avail school transport should report at the school gate 10 minutes before the school gets over to collect their wards.
  • Parents (or whoever is authorised by the parents) have to produce the Escort Card at the school gate to receive their ward, failing which the student will not be handed over to their parents (or who ever is authorised by the parents).
  • If due to certain emergencies, a student has to leave the school campus during school hours by his own transport, the following rules have to be observed:
    • Give a written application
    • Produce the Escort Card
    • Sign the School Leaving Register
    • Take a Permission Slip, which has to be shown at the school gate before leaving the campus.
  • In case the Escort Card is lost or misplaced the child can be released on the basis of a written application signed by both the parents and approved by the Principal at High School.

Absence-Leave-Late arrival in school

Attendance-Parents are responsible for their wards regularity and punctuality in attending school. Minimum Of 85% attendance is required for promotion to next Higher class. Absent without applying for leave will be viewed seriously and detrimental for the child in promotion.

Leave rules - Students may proceed on leave only on un-avoidable and exceptional situations that too by submission of leave application well in advance. In case of leave on medical certificate to the concerned teacher.
